160 GB iPod Classic Problem - Locked Menus

The new iPod 160 GB classic has a multitude of problems, even with the newest software installed. This vid looks at the locked menus & playlists in iTunes with Windows XP & manual mode enabled. Apple has not addressed this serious problem.
